1. Service Agreement: By using Digital Das services, you agree to the scope of work, timelines, and pricing discussed prior to initiation. Any deviation will require mutual consent in writing.

2. Payment Terms: Payments must be made in full or as per agreed milestones. Failure to pay on time may lead to suspension of services without prior notice.

3. Intellectual Property: All content, design, and development work remains the property of Digital Das until full payment is received. Post payment, ownership is transferred to the client, unless otherwise stated.

4. Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all shared information, plans, and documents throughout and beyond the project timeline.

5. Revisions: Each service includes a limited number of revisions as defined in the project scope. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

6. Termination Policy: Either party can terminate the agreement with a 15-day written notice. Any work delivered till date will be chargeable.

7. Support: Free support is provided for up to 15 days after project completion. Extended support plans are available on request.

8. Legal Jurisdiction: All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India.
